2. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

  • If you have been charged twice or made a payment by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for a review.

  • Refunds for accidental payments are issued only if the request is made before any service is utilized.

3. Technical Errors & Billing Issues

  • If a payment issue occurs due to a system error, please reach out to our support team with transaction details.

  • Refunds may be granted if we verify that an error occurred on our end.

4. Cancellations & Subscription Refunds

  • If we offer subscription-based services in the future, cancellations can be made anytime, but refunds will not be issued for unused periods.
