Any service fees paid for featured listings, promotions, or premium access are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Payments made for advertising or enhanced visibility options are final.
If you have been charged twice or made a payment by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for a review.
Refunds for accidental payments are issued only if the request is made before any service is utilized.
If a payment issue occurs due to a system error, please reach out to our support team with transaction details.
Refunds may be granted if we verify that an error occurred on our end.
If we offer subscription-based services in the future, cancellations can be made anytime, but refunds will not be issued for unused periods.
If a payment was made fraudulently, report it immediately to getitbk@getitbk.com. We may require verification before processing a refund.
