At the Drainage Tunnel, equip a rebreather and swim to the grate. The cutting torch opens the way without raising an alarm. Inside, watch the vision cones on the minimap and move in short bursts. Visit the office before going underground. The wall safe can hold up to $50,000, and that money does not use bag space. Guards may also drop gate keys, so keep an eye on them. Keys can save time when you reach the vault entrance. The fingerprint puzzle is easier when you match one section at a time instead of rushing the whole pattern.
Take the Statue and Leave by Water
Use the plasma cutter on the display case, easing off whenever the heat meter gets close to its limit. After taking the Panther Statue, retrace your route and avoid the Juggernaut near the main paths. Exit through the compound gate, deal with the guard beside the dirt bike, and ride straight off the cliff. Once you hit the sea, dive with the rebreather and swim away from patrols, aircraft, and mines.
